Principle of action of electric-gas valve positioner in actuator

        电-气阀门定位器具有电气转换和阀门定位器双重作用,其输入信号是电动控制器的输出电流(0~ 10 mA直流电流或4~ 20mA直流电流),输出气压信号(20~100 kPa),去操纵气动薄膜控制阀。
        电-气阀门定位器是按力矩平衡原理工作的。输入信号电流通人到力矩马达的线圈两端,与水久磁钢作用后对主杠杆产生一个电磁力矩,主杠杆绕支点作逆时针转动,于是挡板靠近喷嘴,使喷嘴背压升高,经放大器放大后输出气压也随之升高。输出气压作用在气动控制阀膜头上,推动阀杆向下移动,并带动反馈杆绕支点转动,反馈凸轮随着逆时针转动,通过滚轮使副杠杆绕支点转动,并将反馈弹簧拉伸,对主杠杆产生反馈力矩。当反馈力矩与电磁力矩相平衡时,阀杆就稳定在某一位置,从而使阀杆位移与输入电流成比例关系。调零弹簧调整零位。在分程控制时,可通过零位调整和反馈弹簧反力的调整,使定位器在输入信号范围内(如4~12mA或12~20mA等) ,输出均为20~100 kPa.
