Two problems should be considered when selecting the structural type of regulating valve

在选择调节阀的结构型式时应考虑两点:
  (1)调节介质的工艺条件,如温度、压力、流量等。
  (2)调节介质的特性,如粘度、腐蚀性、毒性、是否含悬浮颗粒、液态还是气态等。
  例如,当调节阀前后压差较小,要求泄漏量也较小的场合应选用直通单座阀;当调节阀前后压差较大,并且允许有较大泄漏量的场合应选用直通双座阀;当介质为高粘度,含有悬浮颗粒物时,为避免粘结堵塞现象,便于清洗应选用角型调节阀;当介质为悬浮颗粒物或浓浊浆状时,应选用球阀;当要求在大口径、大流量、低压差的气体场合工作时,应选用蝶阀;当介质为强酸、强碱、强腐蚀性的流体时,或为高粘度及悬浮颗粒物时,应选用隔膜调节阀;此外,当介质为高压时,应选用高压调节阀;当介质为低温时,应选用低温调节阀。此外,还要根据介质的工艺条件和特性选择合适材质。
