The cause of unstable fluctuation of pressure pulse after valve

     西博减压阀门后压力脉冲波动不稳定的原因
     如有电动减压阀在压力脉动波动后,出现了极不稳定的状态,这可能是因为输人介质与输出介质的差量太大的原因,应该重新选择阀径相当的阀门。另外一个造成阀后压力不稳的原因是,调节弹簧选择不当;一种公称压力的减压阀,调节弹簧有几种,例如公称压力为1.57MPa ( 16kg f/cm2),调节弹簧就有98.1-294.3kPa( 1~3kg/cm2)、196.2~-784.8kPa (2~8kg f/cm2)、686.7~1079.1kPa ( 7~11kg f/cm2)三种,假如阀后压力只需98.1~294.3kPa ( 1~3kg f/cm2),而弹簧却是686.7~ 1079.1kPa ( 7~11kg fcm2)的那种,阀后压力就调不准了。
