        气动球阀状态监测实验系统设计与实现
       据此设计了一套实验系统,该系统主要由气源、减压阀、截止阀、二位五通电磁阀、气动球阀等各个部件和球阀状态监测系统组成。控制气体为氮气,压力为5 MPa。
       气动球阀状态监测系统主要包括传感器和信号控制与数据采集单元,传感器包括3个压力传感器和1个位移传感器,3个压力传感器分别实现二位五通电磁阀入口、球阀进气口、球阀出气口处气体压力的测试,直接对球阀转角进行测试较为困难, 因此转化为对直线位移的测试,由1个位移传感器完成测试。信号控制与数据采集系统用于给电磁阀加入启动信号(阶跃信号),并进行数据的采集,采样频率设置为2 kHz。
